Ferma Law Group was founded in 2018 by Shant Fermanian. Mr. Fermanian is focused in personal injury law and employment law as he represents individuals who have suffered harm due to the negligence or misconduct of another. Mr. Fermanian takes pride in pursuing justice for his clients by advocating their legal rights to the fullest extent necessary in an effort to obtain maximum recovery for the harm they have suffered. Mr. Fermanian is dedicated to helping his clients through each step of the process such to ensure that his clients do not feel as if they are left in the dark.
After Mr. Fermanian received his Juris Doctor degree in 2017 from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, he was admitted into the State Bar of California where he is now an active member licensed to practice law before all state courts of California as well as before the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California. In addition, Mr. Fermanian is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
Mr. Fermanian started his career as an attorney working at two law firms in Los Angeles, California, where he practiced personal injury and litigation. Today, Mr. Fermanian’s expertise extends to personal injury as well as employment-related matters. However, Mr. Fermanian’s general knowledge of the law is not limited to those fields alone considering Mr. Fermanian also worked at a reputable law firm in Downtown Los Angeles which handled corporate litigation matters and real estate transactions. Moreover, Mr. Fermanian has worked ‘in-house’ for two large corporations - one in retail and one in wholesale - where his duties involved addressing and resolving various legal issues that large-scale businesses are faced with in their daily functions. Mr. Fermanian’s work experience in these various fields of law has led to his comprehensive understanding of our legal system which, together with his current focus specializing in the fields of personal injury and employment law, enables Mr. Fermanian to assess all angles of any given case and make calculated decisions accordingly to serve the best interests of his clients.
